Apple juice with ginger

  • Apples: 6
  • Fresh ginger: 10 g
  • Star anis: 4
  • Crushed ice: 400 g


Wash and cut the apples, remove the stone (you can use the shell) and enter blender or kitchen robot. Place the ginger merged with the fruit. Pour the juice obtained for a pan with the star anise and heat to boiling. Let it cool, remove the star anise for your dates and book in the cold. Before serving divide the juice by cups, complete with crushed ice and put a star of anise at the top.
