  • chocolate bar with 60% cocoa: 200 g
  • Cream: 1 dl
  • Egg: 1
  • Natural yoghurt revenue base: 4

1 - Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie. When you are creamy, add the whipped cream and egg yolk.

2 - Beat the light in the castle, and involve them to the creme de cacao.

3 - Distribute the yoghurt cups or bowls, and above it, has spoonfuls of creme de cacao. It takes a little more to the cold and serve well cool.
