Yogurt straciatella of coconut milk

Ingredients

  • Natural yoghurt: 1
  • Milk powder: 1/2 Measure (the measure is the cup of yogurt)
  • Half-skimmed milk: 1 l
  • Coconut milk: 1,5 dl
  • Grated coconut: 100 g
  • Sugar 2 Tablespoons
  • Chocolate tablet to taste: 50 g

Calories per serving: 359 kcal

1 - Mix the yogurt with the milk powder, coconut milk, grated coconut and sugar.

2 - Finish adding the milk to the ambient temperature, re-stir until a homogeneous mixture and distribute by cups. Place them in iogurteira or in the oven and stove for 8 to 9 hours. Let it cool and then close the jars and place in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

3 - At the time of serving, add to each cup of yogurt a little bit of grated chocolate tablet to taste.

The live bacteria present in yogurt help the digestion of some nutrients, including protein and calcium, making it a food generally well tolerated by people intolerant to lactose.
