Spaghetti with spinach and cheese

  • Spaghetti: 200 g
  • Garlic: 2
  • Spinach: 100 g
  • Olive oil: 2 Tablespoons
  • Chopped coriander: 1 Tablespoon
  • Pine nuts: 1 Tablespoon
  • Grated cheese: 1 Tablespoon

Cook the spaghetti in plenty of water according to package directions.

Peel and chop the cloves of garlic, wash the spinach and cut them into pieces.

Aloure the garlic in the olive oil heated, and then add the spinach and coriander. Let wither and add the pine nuts.

Drain the pasta and add it to the spinach. Engage and serve sprinkled with grated parmesan cheese.

Note: low in fat and rich in carbohydrates, starch and vitamins, the mass can be an excellent food for the whole family. Choose those with fun ways or even the most colorful (that are enriched in nutrients from plant origin) and will be granted to the satisfaction of everyone at the table.
