Soup curgete with cassava and peru

  • Cassava: 100 g
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Curgete: 150 g
  • Chest (or leg clean) peru: 100 g
  • Olive oil: taste.

1 - Peel cassava and onion and cut them in small pieces. Wash the curgete (with bark) and cut it into small pieces. Cut the meat into small cubes. Take everything to cook with a little water for about 30 minutes.

2 - Make sure that the liquid that was left of the cooking is the nominee, and crush to a prepared with the suitable texture. Serve the dish of the baby, and add a teaspoon of olive oil. Engage and offer warm.

Not only with potatoes if you can get creams velvety and nutritious. Cassava can be an excellent substitute one potato, and result in soups and creams extremely well received by the children of this age. In addition, this root is an excellent source of carbohydrates, calcium and phosphorus.
