  • Eggs: 3
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Break the shell to the eggs and place them in a bowl. Beat with sticks or a fork and mix the pinch of salt. Put the frying pan on the stove with a little olive oil, warm it up, and then add the beaten eggs. Stir well, then remove from heat and continue to stir until the eggs are solid. Serve immediately.
