  • Fine flour (preferably): 250 g
  • Eggs: 2
  • Milk: 3 dl
  • Margarine warm melted: 70 g
  • Sugar: 1 Tablespoon


In a bowl, beat the eggs, add sugar, margarine, melted, warm, milk and flour. Beat well until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Heat on medium heat a non-stick pan and pincelá it with oil or margarine. Pour a ladle of the preparation and let cook for a few minutes to appear holes in the mass. Turn with the help of a spatula and let brown. Repeat the operation until you run out of dough.
