  • Chicken breast cut into strips: 1
  • Egg whites beat: 1
  • Flour: 2 Tablespoons
  • Oregano, dried: taste.
  • Grain of corn: 2 Tablespoons


Put the grain of corn inside a plastic bag and press to be crushed.

Mix the oregano with the flour.

Involve the chicken strips in flour, then in egg whites beaten and finally in the grain of corn.

Place on a baking tray lined with paper anti-stick coating.

Lead to a well-heated oven for 15 minutes.
