Milk cream with green beans

  • Potato: 150 g
  • Green beans: 100 g
  • Milk of the child: 3 Tablespoons


1 - Peel the potatoes and arrange the green beans, cut everything into small pieces and light-to-bake together with a bit of water for about 30 minutes.

2 - Make sure that the liquid that was left of the firing is not too much, add the milk of the child and grind until you get a velvety cream. Serve warm, regulating the texture as the taste of the baby.

The green beans is particularly rich in folic acid, a vitamin very important during childhood. It is also a good source of fiber, potassium, magnesium and riboflavin.
