Mass tricolor with vegetables and chicken ham

  • Mass (preferred): 4 Servings
  • Tomatoes (cut in data): 8 Units
  • Olive oil: 3 Tablespoons
  • Salt thin taste.
  • Boiled green peas: 1 Cup
  • Leaves of spinach cooked: 1 handful
  • Ham chicken julienne: 8 Slices


Put a frying pan or saucepan over low heat.
