Lamb with sweet potato and cress

  • Lamb clean: 120 g
  • Sweet potato: 100 g
  • Turnip: 150
  • Cress: 50 g
  • Baby's milk: 3 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon

Cut the meat into small pieces. Peel the sweet potatoes and turnips, and cut everything into small cubes. Arrange the cress, wash and drain them carefully.

Take everything to cook in a pan with a little water for about 30 minutes.

Remove the meat from the pan and drain the water to the vegetables. Grind the meat and set aside.
