With the help of a spoon fruit, make small balls with the pulp from one of the rooms of the melon for your dates and book. Cut the rest of the melon into small pieces, sprinkle with freshly squeezed orange juice, add sugar and blend until you have a thick puree.

Squeeze the lemon juice and heat. Melt the gelatin sheets in the lemon juice and involve in the mashed fruit.

Sprinkle the pellets of melon which you have booked with the mashed fruit and chill until it stops.

Serve decorated with grated orange peel.

Almost all children love gelatin, but their use remains shrouded in controversy. For being a food with little nutritional value, and usually loaded with sugar and dyes, turns out to be the bad guy. But we do not need to delete this delight of the life of our children, if we can work around your part less positive, and take advantage of your fun texture. If you use gelatin plant neutral (no flavor or color) added juices, fresh fruit, you will get the best results and the nutrition is not compromised.
