Ingredients

  • Veal cleaned of fat and bones: 120 g
  • Carrot: 100 g
  • Potato: 100 g
  • Chayote: 150 g
  • Onion: 50 g
  • Olive oil: taste.

Cut the veal meat in small pieces. Peel the carrots, potatoes, chayote and the onion and cut them in pieces.

Put the meat, along with the carrot, potatoes, chayote and onion in a pan with water and heat to boiling.

After all well-cooked, grind and check if the texture is appropriate for the child. If necessary, add a little more water to the boil.

At the time of serving, add a teaspoon of olive oil to each dose and get involved.
