Cream of sweet potato with lettuce and pumpkin

  • Sweet potato: 100 g
  • Pumpkin: 150 g
  • Lettuce: 3 Sheets


1 - Peel sweet potatoes and pumpkin, wash and drain the leaves of lettuce, cut everything into small pieces and light-to-bake together with a bit of water for about 25 minutes.

2 - Make sure that the liquid that was left of the cooking is suitable to get a pope texture is sparse and grind until you get a velvety cream.

As an alternative to the pumpkin, you can use the carrot or pastinaga in the same quantities. Light, however, on account of which might need a little more time cooking.
