  • Baby's milk: 250 g
  • Sweet potato: 200 g
  • Chayote: 130 g
  • Green asparagus: 150 g
  • Cheese flamento grated: 20 g


Recommended age: from the age of 9 months

Calories per serving: 111 kcal

1 - Peel and wash the sweet potatoes and chayote. Arrange the asparagus, taking advantage of them only the tips more tender and cut everything into pieces. Put everything in a pan with a little water and cook over low heat for 25 minutes.

2 - When the vegetables are cooked, add the milk and the cheese flemish grated and grind. Serve warm.

Asparagus is rich in water (about 90%), contain proteins and carbohydrates, vitamins A, B1, B2, C, PP, phosphorus, calcium and magnesium.
