Coconut dumplings

  • Condensed milk: 1 tin
  • Cold milk: 1 dl
  • Eggs: 4
  • Grated coconut: 150 g
  • Lemon juice: 1


Turn the oven to 180. Sprinkle the grated coconut and milk in a bowl and mix well.

Add condensed milk and re-mix. Beat the eggs and add to the prepared earlier, along with the juice from the lemon.

Put the mixture into paper cups within a mini-metal (not to flex).

Take the medium oven for about 20 minutes. In this case yielded 21 dumplings.
