Brusquetta with tomato and mozzarela

  • Bread: 4 Slices
  • Tomato: 4
  • Cheese Mozarela (or fresh cheese): 2
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Oregano: taste.
  • Salt: taste.


Cut the tomatoes into slices and then in small cubes.

Cut the cheese into cubes of the same size.

Mix the tomato and cheese with a pinch of salt, a dash of olive oil and a little oregano.

To have this mixture on a slice of bread (can be toasted).

Decorate with more oregano and olive oil.

Keep up with lettuce leaves.
