Bread with cheese pumpkin

  • Pumpkin: 150 g
  • Lemon thyme: 1 branch
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Grated cheese: 1 tablespoon
  • Housing mixture: 2
  • Egg yolk: 1
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon


Peel the pumpkin, and bake it in a little water flavoured with lemon thyme. After cooking, drain the pumpkin for your dates and book the broth.

Peel and chop the onions and the garlic, aloure them in warm olive oil and add the pumpkin undone. Let stew for a few minutes.

However, to leave the carcasses into small pieces and sprinkle them slightly with a little of the broth hot where baked pumpkin.

Undo the bread and join it to the pumpkin. Involving and cook for a few minutes, stirring regularly so that you do not stick to the bottom of the pan.

Add the egg yolk, boil for two more minutes and serve sprinkled with grated cheese.
