  • Wheat bran: 1/2 Cup
  • Whole wheat flour: 1 1/2 Cups
  • Water: 1 Cup
  • Soy milk: 2 Tbsp
  • Brown sugar: 2 Tbsp
  • Baking powder: 1 Teaspoon
  • Salt: 1/2 Teaspoon
  • Sesame seeds: 2 Tbsp


Mix all the ingredients, no knead very much. Model the bread and put it into a greased and floured. Put in the oven medium (180) for about 25 minutes.
