  • Knorr chicken broth: 1
  • Garlic: 1
  • Piri-piri: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Spice of hake
  • Salt: taste.

  • Pepper: taste.
  • Garlic: taste.
  • Put hake: 4
  • Potatoes: 1 Kg
  • Slices of pineapple: 4

Directions

Put the fish in the seasoning with salt, lemon, garlic and pepper. On an oven tray, put the ingredients for the sauce. Put the tray on a gas stove until onion is crispy. Do the mashed potato. Then spend the hake for flour and then the egg and available separately on the board. On top of each set of hake place a pineapple slices and cover with a layer of mayonnaise. Arrange the potatoes around the hake, then put in the oven pre-heated and let it brown. After the mayonnaise and mashed alourarem, remove it from the oven. Is ready to serve.
