Hake with beer

  • Hake: 4 slices
  • Salsa: 3 feet
  • Carrots: 2
  • Pulp, tomato: 1 teaspoon
  • Onion: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Small beer (mini): 1


In a pan, put the onion and the garlic cloves, sliced into thin rings. Add the parsley and sprinkle with olive oil. Connect the heat and cook. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and fatiá them to the pan.
