  • Hake: 4 slices
  • Onion: 1
  • Mayonnaise: 3 tablespoons)
  • Cornichon chopped: 1 tablespoon)
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salsa: taste.


Bake the slices of hake in water seasoned with salt and an onion. Mix the mayonnaise with the chopped pickles and tempers with a little ground pepper at the time. Cover-if the slices of hake with this sauce and sprinkles with chopped parsley. With potatoes and cooked vegetables.
