Hake in the oven with peas and potatoes

Ingredients

  • Put hake: 1 kg
  • Potatoes: 800 g
  • Peas: 600 g
  • Onions: 2
  • Garlic: 2 teeth
  • Olive oil: 0.5
  • White wine: 2 dl
  • Fish broth: 1 cube
  • Pulp, tomato: 3 tablespoons
  • Laurel: 2 sheets
  • Lemon juice: 1
  • Salsa: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.

Directions

Peel and wash the onion and the garlic, cut the onion in half moons and chop the garlic.

Arrange the slices of hake and join them to the pulp, tomato, onion, garlic, white wine, lemon juice, bay leaves, a sprig of parsley, salt and pepper.

Let it marinate for 20 minutes. Turn on the oven to 180 C.

Heat along with 3 dl of water and the fish broth, stir to dissolve and remove from the heat.

Arrange the slices of hake in a tray along with the marinade. Add the potatoes, peeled and cut into small cubes and also the peas, thawed.

Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven for 40 minutes,basting with the fish stock while it bakes.
