Hake in fruit sauce

  • Hake fillets clean and seasoned with salt and quite lemon: 8
  • Pulp passion fruit sour (the most ugly are the best): 6
  • Medium onion, finely chopped: 1
  • Unsalted butter: 1 tablespoon full
  • Salt: a pinch
  • Sugar 2 tablespoons


Arrange the filtes in a way (pan previously greased with butter and place in medium oven pre-heated. Meanwhile, in a pot, add the onion and the tablespoon butter over medium-high heat until it begins to brown.

Add the pulp of the fruit, and when you pick up the boil, add the salt and the spoons, sugar, leaving a boil for about 10 minutes. At that time the fillets should already be on the point of receiving the sauce spread over the top. Reattach the form in the oven for about 15 minutes.
