  • Hake: 1 kg
  • Grated hazel: 50 gr
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Vinegar: 1 tablespoon
  • Egg: 2
  • Bread: 1
  • Parsley, minced 1 teaspoon
  • Flour: 1 teaspoon
  • Pepper: 1 pinch
  • Salt: taste.
  • Olive oil: 7 tablespoons


Wash the fish, prepared as usual, cut to pieces and tempers of salt. Put the slices in the bottom of a pan with 3 or 4 tablespoons of olive oil and garlic and let it cook well.
