Roast lamb for Easter

  • 2 dl of olive oil
  • 3 Kg of goat
  • 2 Kg of potatoes
  • 4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 onions
  • 200 g of ripe tomato
  • 50 g butter
  • 1 dl of white wine
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper


For 6 People: thoroughly Clean the meat and let it marinate, about 2 hours, a mixture of garlic, salt, lemon and white wine. Meanwhile, peel the potatoes and cut them to the popsicle
