Ingredients

  • Olive oil: 3 dl
  • Garlic: 1 head
  • Onion: 1 large
  • Laurel: 3 sheets
  • Salt: to taste
  • Pepper: to taste
  • Pulp, tomato: 6 tablespoons
  • Beer: 4,5 dl
  • Whisky: 0,5 dl
  • Port wine: 0,5 dl
  • Piri-Piri: to taste
  • Mustard: to taste
  • Meat broth Knorr: 1

Directions

1 - Put in a pan with the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped onion, the leafs, salt and pepper.

2 - Let it cook, stirring occasionally.

3 - When you begin to brown, add the beer, tomato pulp, the piri-piri, whisky, Port wine, mustard, and the broth.

4 - Let boil about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

5 - Take the sheet of laurel.

6 - Grating everything very well with the magic wand.

7 - Prepare the soup of seafood to the part (it takes about 10 minutes) and then add directly to the head dressing.

8 - Grate again with the wand (about 2 minutes).
