Roasted duck in the Oven

Ingredients

  • 1 duck great
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • new potatoes
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of pepper paste
  • 1 stalk of celery
  • 3 dl of broth of poultry
  • 1,5 dl of white wine
  • 1 carrot
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • olive oil
  • salt
  • ground pepper at the time
  • butter or margarine

Directions

Cut the duck into four, wash and let it drain. Peel the potatoes for your dates and book-as.Coloque the onion and the garlic in a tray along with the carrot and celery cut into small pieces.

Arrange the duck to the centre, season with salt and pepper, drizzle with olive oil and white wine and spread the potatoes around. Sprinkle with paprika, distribute nozinhas of butter.

Bake in a hot oven for about 30 minutes. Sprinkle with the lemon juice and the broth of poultry and keep cooking for or - 40 minutes, basting occasionally with the sauce.
