  • Flakes Oat Full: 50 g
  • Olive oil:
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Onion: 1/2
  • Coriander:


In a frying pan on a low heat, start to make a stir fry with olive oil, garlic and onion, leaving the rest for approx. 2 mn. Then together the oats, coriander, and tofu.
