  • Tofu: 4 slices round
  • Hamburger: 4 loaves of bread
  • Tomato: 1
  • Lettuce: 4 sheets
  • Garlic: 2
  • Onion: 1
  • Olive oil: 1,5 dl
  • Laurel: 1 sheet


Put 0,5 dl of olive oil in a small pot and let it warm up. Fry the garlic and laminated board-if the onion cut in half moons, the tomato slices and bay leaf. Pan lightly fry on medium-low heat. Fry the slices of tofu in a frying pan with 1 dl of olive oil. Cut the bread in half and have the ingredients to the layers. You can eat hot or cold. Adorns itself with the lettuce leaves.
