  • Several leaves of lettuce and chicory: 200 g
  • Cabbage: 120 g
  • Medium carrot: 1
  • Celery great: 1 branch
  • Green pepper small: 1
  • Vinaigrette: quarter cup


Wash and drain well the leaves of lettuce. Cut them to bits. Cut the cabbage, celery and bell pepper in Juliana and grate the carrots. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl, add the sauce and stir carefully.
