Salad prawns with soy

  • Green soybeans in grain frozen: 1 Cup
  • Garlic: 2
  • Shrimp peeled: 250 g
  • Soybeans: 1/2 Cup
  • Tomatoes: 2
  • Radishes: 4
  • Salt: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Chives: taste.


Bake the green soybeans in grain al dente in boiling water, seasoned with a pinch of salt.

Cut the garlic slices and aloure them slightly in the oil within a frying pan. Discard the garlic and in the same fat sauté prawns with soybeans, up to the present in the kernel, change of color. Season lightly with salt and remove the prawns and the buds to a salad bowl. Add the chopped tomato slices and slices of radish. Sprinkle with olive oil and sprinkle with chives.
