  • Rice: 200 g
  • Onion: 4
  • Tomato: 250 g
  • Garlic-French: 1
  • Red pepper: 1
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Pepper: taste.


Let aloirar chopped onions in a pan with olive oil. Add the rice and stir gently until it is translucent. Cover with half a liter of vegetable broth to a boil and cook on low heat 15 to 18 minutes, until the water is absorbed. Serve immediately.
