Ingredients

  • For the Base
  • Cauliflower: 4
  • Carrot: 2
  • Leek: 1
  • Green beans: 200 g
  • Scion of bamboo: 2 packaging
  • Lemon: 1
  • Green pepper: 1 slice
  • Red pepper: 1 slice
  • For the sauce
  • The grain of mustard seed: 1 coffee spoon
  • Onion: 1
  • Fresh ginger, grated: 1 reap

Directions

To make these canned food (vegetables macerated in a sauce spices), cut a small cauliflower, carrots and leeks in slices. Branqueie all vegetables separately in boiling water with salt: two minutes walk to the leeks and cauliflower, five minutes to the beans and carrots. Password-the water before you run. Pass the shoots, bamboo fresh water and drain. Prepare the sauce by passing all the ingredients for the mixer. Add the lemon juice and two tablespoons of water. Arrange the vegetables and the pepper in the dish. Drizzle with sauce and stir. Season with salt and pepper. Keep in the fridge for a few hours.
