  • Medium tomato: 3
  • Green pepper mean: 1
  • Medium cucumber: 1
  • Small onion: 3
  • Feta cheese: 250 g
  • Black olives: 1/3 cup
  • Lemon: 2 tablespoons
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons


Cut the tomatoes into 8 bits, and peppers into 2 cm cubes. Cut the cucumber in half lengthwise, remove the seeds and cut it in slices of 1 cm thick. Mix the ingredients in a bowl tomatoes, cucumber, bell peppers, onions, cut in pieces, cheese into 2 cm cubes and the olives pitted. Season with lemon juice and olive oil and serve immediately.
