Fish grilled with fennel

  • Red mullet small: 12
  • Grain fennel: 1 scoop
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Olive oil: taste.
  • Aluminum foil: taste.


The fish should be arranged, and cleared by the seller. Put them on paper and aluminium, which, in turn, must already be placed on the grill in the oven. Untar it very slightly, put salt, sprinkle pepper, and sprinkle with seeds of fennel. Put them on the grill in the oven for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Serve simple with olive oil. As a vegetable, keep up the dish with grilled tomatoes, a bit of rice creole, or a salad with fennel.
