Croquettes lentils and nuts

  • Lentils: 175 g
  • Hazel: 75 g
  • Coriander powder: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Fresh coriander: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 1 tooth
  • Flour: 2 tablespoons shallow
  • Peanut oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Lemon: taste.


Put the lentils (leave soaked in water for about 8 hours), after drained in a grinder during 25 seconds. Join the hazelnuts, roasted shreds during more than 10 seconds. Put the mixture in a bowl and add the ground coriander and chopped, lemon peel, the crushed garlic and whole-wheat flour. Mix everything and wraps the ready in 12 balls long and flat. Fry in hot oil, with the fire from the midst of gas, turning them two or three times to alourarem for the same.
