  • Broccoli: 50 g
  • Red pepper: 1
  • garlic: 3 teeth
  • Rice interal: 100 g
  • olive oil: 1 tablespoon
  • Pepper: taste.
  • Salt: taste.
  • Chest of frano: 300 g
  • Carrot into strips: 50 g
  • Salsa: taste.


Cut the chicken into small pieces and season with salt and pepper. Place in a pan, you can go to the oven, a little water with olive oil, garlic and let it brown. Add the rice and pepper party in strips. Add the meat and stir-fry a little. Add the broccoli and carrot into strips. Drizzle with 6 dl of water to the boil. After 5 minutes, place the pot in the oven pre-heated. Cook 10 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
