Cake locust beans and cream

  • Whole wheat flour: 1 Cup
  • Flour, locust bean: 1 Cup
  • Soya cream (200ml): 1 Package
  • Brown sugar: 1/2 Cup
  • Peanut oil: 1 Cup
  • Baking powder: 1 Tablespoon


Whip cream soy. In the meantime go slowly introducing the brown sugar in the whipped cream. Stir in whole wheat flour alternately with flour, locust bean gum, and then later add the baking powder. To end, add the peanut oil and involves as well. After you untar a way and sprinkles it with flour, enter the prepared in the form and bring the boil to 180 C for 30 to 40 minutes (lower the heat with a stick to test the cooking).
