  • All-Bran: 1 tea cup
  • nuts - nuts, raisins, plums, pine nuts...: 1 tea cup
  • skimmed milk: 1 cup of tea
  • whole-wheat flour: 1 tea cup
  • sweetener for cakes: 1/2 cup of tea
  • yeast: 1 scoop (coffee)


Leave the dried fruit and the flakes demolhados in the milk until the latter are amolecidos. Add the sweetener, to engage with the spoon and add the flour stirring constantly.
