  • Frozen raspberries: 2 Cups
  • Strawberries (cut in half): 250 g
  • Apple green, pitted, and cut into slices: 1
  • Sugar fine: 1 Cup
  • Natural yoghurt: 1/3 Cup
  • Muesli: 1/3 Cup


1. Place the raspberries, strawberries, apples and sugar in a medium saucepan over high. Stirring constantly, cook for 10 minutes or until the apple to be soft. Remove from the heat and let it cool completely.

2. To serve, divide the mixture for 2 cups, followed by a layer of yogurt and finalize with the muesli.
