Bitoque of seitan

  • Seitan: 800 g
  • Egg: 4
  • Garlic: 4 teeth
  • Onion: 1
  • Tomato in half-moon: 2
  • Olive oil: 1,5 dl
  • Peanut oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Lettuce: 1
  • Rice: 150 g
  • White wine: 0,5 dl
  • The potato in toothpick: 400 g
  • Salt: taste.
  • Pepper: taste.


Pan lightly fry the onions in a frying pan with the olive oil. Add the rice, fry leaves a little, and added 3 dl of water to the boil and tempers them with salt and pepper. Cover and leave to cook on a gentle heat for 12 minutes. Fry the seitan with the garlic 1 dl of olive oil. Remove the garlic and the seitan and refreshes the olive oil and white wine rectificam the spices and leaves is to refine the sauce. Starring the eggs in the peanut oil and fry the potatoes. The seitan serve with egg, fried potatoes, rice and mixed salad.
