Sweet Honey and Raisins

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) butter
  • 2 tablespoons (soup) of pure honey
  • 2 cups of wheat flour
  • 1 tablespoon (tea) baking powder
  • 1 cup of milk fat
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • butter and flour to grease and sprinkle on the way


Beat the eggs with the sugar until you get a eggnog creamy. Add the softened butter and honey. Hit a little bit more, and gradually add the flour (previously mixed up and sifted with the leaven), alternating with milk divided in small doses.

Finally, add the raisins lightly involved in a flour. Pour the dough into a greased baking sheet with butter and sprinkled with flour. Bake in the preheated oven. Spent 45 minutes, check to see if the cake is baked. Let it cool and unmold.
