  • 7 bananas nanicas large cut in slices, not too thin
  • Quarter cup (tea) of water
  • 1 cup (tea) of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon shallow end of cinnamon powder
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice


Put the sugar in a large pot of fund thick, over medium heat and caramele-until golden brown (do not stir, just shake the pan), the sugar must be completely dissolved. Join the water and “balance” the pan to form a calda.Adicione bananas mix gently with a wooden spoon and lower the heat.

When they start to boil, sift the cinnamon on the sweet, mix it with care (shaking the pan, add the lemon and mix again.

Cook until you get the consistency you want, taking care not to let the bananas desmancharem!

Store in the refrigerator.
