Semi-frozen dessert Cream

  • 3 packages of cream
  • 1 tin of condensed milk
  • 7 gelatin sheets
  • 1 package of crackers maria
  • Chocolate shavings for dusting


Crush the biscuits and strain the tarteira (I used a form of the rim), book a little to sprinkle on top. Whip cream until they begin to get grossas.Junte condensed milk continued to beat.

Demolhe the leaves of gelatin in cold water for 5 minutes, then squeeze out and melt it in a little warm milk (5 tablespoons), and add to the prepared, stir everything.

Pour the prepared mixture on top of the wafer, and take it to the refrigerator to get a solid preferably from one day to the other.

Before serving sprinkle with the rest of the wafer sting and with chocolate shavings (optional).
