  • 1 l of semi-skimmed milk
  • 1 pinch of salt fine
  • 1 peel timon
  • 1 stick of cinnamon
  • 190 g of sugar
  • 80 g of flour
  • 2 eggs, and 5 gems
  • Sugar and cinnamon powder to dust


1. Put a pot on the stove with the milk, salt, lemon peel and the cinnamon stick and bring to the boil. The part, mix the sugar with the flour, eggs and egg yolks with a wire whisk.

2. Pour the prepared mixture of milk in the wire and continue to be involved. Take it to the heat, stirring constantly until boiling. Remove and pour into glasses and serve, leaving it cool.

3. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon, previously mixed, and burn the surface with an iron hot kitchen. Serve chilled.
