  • 4 Eggs
  • 150 gr. Sugar
  • 200 ml. of plain yogurt (about 2 yoghurts)
  • 100 ml. of oil
  • 180g of wheat Flour
  • 20g of desiccated coconut
  • 1 teaspoon of Baking powder
  • Coverage
  • 200 ml. of Coconut Milk
  • 400 ml of milk normal
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar (I also used a bit of sugar baunilhado)
  • Desiccated coconut qb


Beat the egg whites for your dates and book. Beat the egg yolks with the sugar. Stir in the flour, coconut and yeast. Stir well and involving the claras.Misture all the ingredients of the cover, put the cake in the shape, pour all of the preparation of the cover, cover and bake in the refrigerator. On the following day unmold the cake, sprinkle with grated coconut and serve cold.
