  • 500 g of wheat flour
  • 250 g of butter
  • 200 g of sugar
  • 220 ml of milk
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 400 g of raisins yellow and black
  • 200 g of candied ciders
  • 200 g of almonds or nuts
  • 200 g of nuts
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt


Beat very well the butter, add the sugar, continuing to beat until mixture is light and creamy. Stir in the egg yolks. Continue to beat.

Mix the flour, sifted with the yeast and go together gradually, again passing in the sieve, the mass switching, gradually, with the milk.

After all is well mixed, add the fruit sprinkled with flour.

The clear, beats in the castle, are incorporated into the dough with all the caution possible, mixing lightly a tablespoon at a time in such a way that it is all built-in.

Way greased with butter and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Oven moderate.

Cover with your frosting preferred by any cake, or only at the top.

Garnish with reasons of Christmas.
