  • 0,5 dl of water, and 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g margarine
  • 1 lemon peel
  • 300 g flour and 8 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon(tea) baking powder
  • Oil for frying, sugar and cinnamon


1. Place over low heat in a container with water, salt, margarine and the peel of a lemon. Bring to the boil and lower the intensity. Mix the flour, stirring constantly, until the mass release of the pan.

2. Remove and pour the dough into a bowl. Delete the lemon peel and continue stirring it with a wooden spoon to cool more quickly.

3. Go together the eggs, one at a time, stirring constantly between each addition. Finally, add the baking powder and knead well with your hands.

4. Put a frying pan on the stove with enough oil, and warm it up as well. Mold dreams with two tablespoons, forming balls oval, and lay them in the hot oil. Let fry until they have a golden color.

5. Remove the dreams and pass them immediately by a mixture of sugar and cinnamon, and let it cool.
