Carrot cake with Chocolate frosting

  • 4 carrots medium-sized peeled and cut into pieces
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 glass of oil
  • 3 cups (tea) of wheat flour
  • 2 cups (tea) of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • Coverage:
  • 1 carton of cream (I used 100ml cream light 100ml of skimmed milk)
  • 3 scoops of chocolate powder
  • 1 tablespoon full of butter
  • sugar to taste.


In the glass blender, hit the carrots with whole eggs, and with the óleo.Misturar flour, sugar and baking powder, stirring well to incorporate.

Bring the mixture to assarem oven average, for 45 minutes, in a greased and floured. For the cover, mix all ingredients and heat to boiling.

Pour the mixture is still warm on the cake, and let it cool.
